Our Chufas are grown in the Huerta Nord of Valencia, and are protected by the D.O. Chufa of Valencia. We select our seeds and grow them according to the Good Agricultural Practice.
We select the best moment for harvesting and take thorough care in the drying process of the chufa so as to offer a high quality product.
